“An amendment from U.S. Rep. Tim Walberg, R-Tipton, to cut $20.6 million from the National Endowment for the Arts budget was approved in a close vote on Thursday.

The amendment was approved 217-209. It would bring the NEA’s funding down to $124 million per year, which is where it was in 2006.” – from Mlive
