The position papers are a formal way of contributing to the symposium discussion in a clear and concise way. Short texts and position statements are encouraged (max 500 words). There will be an allotted time for some of the papers to be read during the symposium, before open discussion. The texts may be posted to the website with the author’s permission.
Possible topics include:
1. Historical, political, economic, or practical information relevant to the discussion.
2. Theories, opinions or assessments you have about local/national conditions that are relevant to the discussion.
3. The identification and/or application of specific ideas in Lambert’s text (or other texts) to the issues.
Max length: 500 words/ 5 minutes
